As head of the marketing and design department, you will build up the marketing department, develop marketing and design processes and conduct interviews with potential volunteers suggested by the human resources department and, if suitable, hire them.
You will also build a team of volunteer marketing and design specialists that you will lead and coordinate.
As head of the marketing and design department, you are significantly involved in the development and further development of the marketing department and therefore bear a high degree of responsibility.
